So Miss Avery has had quite the obsession with picking her nose lately. Don't judge she has a cold right now so pretty much she has constant flowage. Well the other day we caught a double dig and she did it long enough that yes I got this wonderful picture that we can pass down for generations to come.

Ah, the double nose pick. My kids both mastered that one. That picture could be used as great bribery in years to come.
